Type locality Type locality only given as "Mirzaan formation". Mirzaani is the name of several villages in Georgia close to the Azerbaijanian border in the Kura River basin. Whether the fossils comes from the vicinity of one of those villages is uncertain. Equally, the age of the formation is unknown. [details]
