Synonymy Livental (1931) listed Cardium pleistopleura var. pseudomultistriata Davitashvili, 1930 in synonymy and even stated that the material is exactly the same. For whatever reason, he chose to introduce a new species name, which is a junior objective synonym of Davitashvili's pseudomultistriata. [details]
