Validity This species is a junior homonym of Planorbis micromphalus Fuchs, 1870. Brusina (1893) introduced P. sandbergeri as replacement name. Unaware of that, Neubauer et al. (2014) introduced Segmentina mosbachensis, which is a junior objective synonym. [details]
